When discussing recruitment of staff to retain diverse talent, Bryce stressed the importance of ensuring that your work environment is truly equitable across all areas. He is proud that HaemaLogiX meets both internal and market comparisons, irrespective of gender.
Bryce’s advice aligns with other interviewees. Despite the need for gender diversity, when recruiting, management need to identify candidates that offer the best experience and expertise.
