UniSeed: UniSuper makes first venture capital foray with $75m funding (afr.com)
UniSuper is making its first major foray into venture capital investing, tipping $75 million into the shared investment arm of the nation’s research agency, CSIRO, and four major Australian universities.
The $106 billion industry fund is investing $75 million in UniSeed, which is the venture capital arm of the Universities of Melbourne, Queensland, Sydney, NSW and the CSIRO.
