All client information is held in the strictest confidence and only members of staff are permitted to access our working areas. All employees are contractually prohibited from discussing confidential projects on which we are working or disclosing information that would infringe Part 2D.1 or Part 7.10 of the Corporations Act 2001.
Employees also are contractually prohibited from buying or selling shares in a client company without the client’s permission, or trading securities on which they have received confidential information during the course of their work.
We comply with the Public Relations Institute of Australia’s Code of Ethics and Consultancy Code of Practice which includes gaining the consent of all parties if we are asked to represent competing interests.
